Enterprise Zone

An Enterprise Zone was created by Town Council on April 5, 2017. This area is designed to spur economic development through designation as a Light Industrial Conditional Zoning District. This specialized zoning districted has already been successful in bringing in more diverse types of business to the area including a corporate headquarters and a flex business center currently in construction.
